Education: Finding Books for Children's Lit

Need to find a children's book? We have a wide range of children's books available through Bridges, from picture books to middle grade, to young adult.

Go to Bridges

• Sign in by clicking the Sign In button in the upper right corner of your screen.
• Choose Iowa Western from the list of libraries. 
• If you're on an IWCC computer or IWCC wi-fi, you will automatically be logged in. 
• If you are not on campus or using your phone data, you'll need to log in with your IWCC authenticator app.

After you have signed in, click on Kids or Teens at the top of the page, depending on the age group you are looking for. You can search by title, or you can browse by subject. Books are available in ebook and/or audiobook format.

To read the book on your computer or device, click on Borrow. A screen will appear asking you to confirm your check out. Hit Borrow again, then click on Read Now. 

To read or listen to a book on your phone or tablet, download the Libby app. Some books are also available to read via Kindle.
