Welcome to our APA Guide!

If your assignment requires you to use APA format, this probably means you need to follow a format for how you set up your paper and a format for your citations. Remember, if you are using sources in your writing, you need to cite them in the body of your paper (In-Text Citations) and on a References page.

This guide has information to help you with several steps in the process of writing an APA paper. Click on the tabs at the top of the page to find directions and examples or each step of the writing process.

If you have questions that aren't answered by this guide or if you would rather work with a staff member, look for the Ask the Library section on each page.
